Ok, I for the life of me cannot identify this car. It looks like a prototype from the early days of LMP675 with the full width roll over hoop. The Viper is Dodge branded so it is most likely an American race. I tried searching finish results for Sebring and Daytona but all I could find for #59 was a Spice SC95 from 1998 run by Intersport which is not this car.
